Some of you have been asking about my workout plan since moving to NYC. For the first few months I was an active Pure Barre member and am sure to jump in again but for the new year I’ve also joined a local gym. I’ve written up a brief summary for this evening, since I’m feeling a little under the weather (thanks #polarvortex) I’m taking it easy but nonetheless getting it done! xoxox
Warm up- Stretch + 10 min bike
Arms: 5 pound weights Pure Barre arm work out.
50 weighted squats
100 plie squats
Mat seat work and inner thighs.
30 min. cardio..will decide on stair master or tred when the time comes 😉
